Major European Semiconductor Company Adopts Optimaltest’s Test Management Solution for Global Deployment

OptimalTest, a company providing integrated enterprise-wide test management solutions, has sold its Test Management Solution software to a major European semiconductor integrated device manufacturer in a multimillion dollar annual licensing deal.
The first implementation of OptimalTest’s Test Management Solutions (OT-TMS) will be conducted in Taiwan, with a rollout to all of the company’s sites worldwide over the next few years. According to the terms of the agreement, OT-TMS will manage and optimize hundreds of the European company’s test cells across various global locations.
