The ZT4620 Series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are available in VXI, CompactPCI/PXI, LXI, and PCI formats and come with the ZScopeTM GUI. Developed as an updated solution, the series provides a 3X reduction in rms noise over the ZT1428 and a 2X increase in bandwidth. Other ZT4620 features vs. the ZT1428 include FFT capability; deep and segmented multicapture memory; more measurements, waveform math, and acquisition modes; self-test and calibration functionality; advanced analog and digital triggering; and IVI, C/C++, PnP, LabVIEW, and COM drivers.

Key specifications include an input of 8-mVpk-pk to 50-Vpk-pk ranges, ±250-V offset adjustment; 10-S/s to 1-GS/s sampling rates; 2.5-GS/s to 100-GS/s equivalent time sampling rates; and a maximum capture length of up to 256 Msamples.

ZT4620 DSOs support total legacy instrument compatibility such as signal I/O and command interface.
