Mixed-Signal Tester Supports 30-A Capability
The T7723 Mixed-Signal Test System, designed for the automotive device market, features a scalable architecture and an all-in-one test head for parallel testing of up to 32 devices. It incorporates the company’s new floating high-power DC test unit and a 30-A capability.
The T7723 simultaneously tests high-density, high-voltage devices that incorporate BCD process technology used in power management in vehicles and offers 1.8 times more space for loading peripheral circuits. In addition, up to 64 relay circuits can be integrated within the test unit.
The digital test fixture has up to 256 channels. Test speed is 20/62.5/125 MHz. The four-channel digitizer/optional signal generator has a sampling rate of 51.2 MS/s.
