OT-Reports and Outlier Management are the newest capabilities of the Test Management Solutions (OT-TMS) software, a suite of modular products available as stand-alone building blocks or as a comprehensive system. OT-Reports identifies problems in the test process or on the test floor at any point from initial test to post-production. It also recommends specific corrective action.
The Outlier Management capability uses an array of quality management solutions to develop a comprehensive automated approach to manage outliers. The detection methods include static parts average testing (PAT), real-time PAT, WECO PAT, dynamic stressing, ULPY, and data integrity incorporated into customizable families of rules.
