Dual-Display Meter Features Dedicated Setup Buttons
The 8808A Digital Multimeter features 5½-digit resolution, multifunction measurement capability, and a dual display for measuring two different but related parameters simultaneously. Measurement functions include volts, ohms, amps, and frequency. Six dedicated setup buttons on the front panel function as pre-sets similar to those on a car radio.
The 8808A has basic 0.01% VDC accuracy and a dedicated DC low current leakage measurement capability. A high-impedance input measurement circuit takes sensitive low-current measurements of <2,000 µA with a resolution of up to 100 nA. The 2x4 Ω function uses patented split terminal jacks to perform four-wire measurements using only two leads. The optional 2x4 wire test leads make four-wire low ohms measurements possible on miniature surface-mount components.
