12-GHz Module Tests Muiltiport RF Devices
The Wideband Signal Generator/Analyzer(12GWSGA) for multiport RF SOC devices features a 12-GHz module resident in the test head with an RF port density of 32 per module and multiple RF vectored sources and signal analyzers. It is used with the company’s OPENSTAR® standard-based T2000 Test Platform.
Multiport RF devices can be tested in parallel by expanding the number of ports to 128. The 12GWSGA offers 16-device simultaneous testing of current mainstream RF devices consisting of four to eight ports and supports four-device parallel testing of 16-port multiband RF devices.
The signal generator provides a frequency range of 100 MHz to 6 GHz, an output level of +8 dBm to -120 dBm, and modulation bandwidth of 40 MHz. The signal analyzer specs include a 100-MHz to 12-GHz frequency range, a +17-dBm signal input level, and an average noise floor of -153 dBm/Hz.
